The unit was located in a very old building, which is ok, but wasn't really expected, as there were no outside pictures. The home was comfortable and the location was great.
The unit was located in a very old building, which is ok, but wasn't really expected, as there were no outside pictures. The home was comfortable but needed a good cleaning, dust around ceilings, very old shower fixtures, etc. Maybe some new towels and bedlinens. It was a pity that there wasn't even a bottle of water to welcome us, we had to go and buy water upon arrival.

The location is great.
While the location is great, I cannot recommend this apartment for the following reasons: -Misleading photos: The pictures do not match the reality. -Persistent odor: The bathroom had a strong sewage smell mixed with cleaning products. It never went away during our week long stay, despite keeping the AC on and windows open the whole time. -Outdated bathroom: The bathroom is in desperate need of immediate renovation. A bucket with cleaning supplies was left inside, which gave an impression of neglect and added to the unpleasant s.ell. -Noise disturbance: The apartment is next to a busy restaurant with constant delivery truck activity and noise from 6 am to 12 am every day. This is an honest review, and if you choose to believe all the positive reviews, by all means, book the apartment. I am giving it two stars solely based on the location.
