The location of the apartment is great right between the old city and Uniri avenue. It is a large apartment. The staff was very nice and assisted us in getting early breakfast
The apartment is in a very old building in very bad shape, which is currently being renovated. the elevator is tiny and very old (the apartment is on the 6th flour), also, the apartment is very old. it was renovated by seems used. the kitchen is tiny and couldn't fit all of us

Muy buena ubicación, a 5-10 minutos caminando del centro histórico! También cerca de paradas de autobuses para ir a otros sitios. Muy espacioso y el aire acondicionado funcionaba genial!
El suelo, algunos rincones, armarios, cocina, baños, etc son muy viejos y por esta razón se ven sucios aunque otras zonas del apartamento están limpias. Presencia de cucarachas. El ascensor da miedo cogerlo porque es muy cutre y viejo y parece que te vayas a quedar encerrado. Como está en un sexto piso lo cogíamos para subir pero sólo subíamos de uno en uno por si alguien se quedaba encerrado poder avisar a los bomberos.
