整體裝潢很有質感，美式風格，設備也很新，晚上洗澡泡澡，很好睡，白天窗外風景很好，距離蘆之湖港口很近，雖然現在春天，溫度很低，不適合室外烤肉，相信夏天烤肉也是很棒的!

Sehr gut gelegen gleich bei der Busstation, und trotzdem völlig ruhig. Sehr gut ausgestattet und viel Platz. Betten angenehm.

Es gab keinen Fernseher

The location is great—close to Lake Ashi and only a few minutes by car to Motohakone, where you’ll find restaurants and shops. On foot, however, the way leads along the main road, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The place has a unique charm from the very first moment—not necessarily cozy, but definitely stylish. Everything shown in the booking photos is exactly what you get. For larger groups and in warmer summer months, the accommodation is certainly a good choice, with a kitchen, BBQ area, and plenty of sleeping space to comfortably host and cater to a group.

However, the house is showing signs of wear. Some walls are missing paint, bits are chipped off here and there, and some finishing touches are lacking. In the living room, there’s no couch for comfortable seating, most of the decorative light signs no longer have batteries and barely glow, and the bathroom furniture is very basic plastic and not very sturdy. The biggest issue, though, is that the upper floor lets through every sound. On a windy, rainy evening and the following night, it honestly felt like sleeping in a tent—doors didn’t close properly, windows were drafty, and the beds creaked loudly with every movement.

The house has almost all you may need. The washing machine was a nice extra. The living room and the kitchen are very spacious. it is very close to a bus station and there is a convenience store not far. Walking down to Lake Ashi was easy. Some hiking trails nearby.

Climbing up the many stairs with heavy luggage was a challenge. The first floor was a bit cold if you don't sit in front if the air conditioner, but this was an exceptionally cold week. The town was somewhat disappointing. Despite being very touristic, it was not easy to find an open restaurant.
