The house is clean, spacious and very comfortable for group of 6

During peak hours (like during check out or check in time), it will be hard for you to get into the elevator and you might have to wait until 20 minutes just to find an elevator that you can fit at least 1 person. It is not the host fault but it can affect the whole experience. Developer should separate the upper and lower level for lift

The unit was super clean and have all the facilities as per stated. bed and pillow super comfy. The location is in Jelutong, not in the town but central to other location in Penang island (by car).

No eatery warung or restaurant in walking distance. No laundry to get dryer nearby (but they do have washing machine in the unit).

The Urban Suites are located in a strategic area, close to the town and the bridge. But I like the unit — it has two king beds in the master bedroom and one king bed in the other room.

The Urban Suites’ lifts — since there are only four lifts for each block, I feel it is not sufficient, especially during peak hours such as morning, evening, and night.

Heel ruim, schoon appartement met 2 slaapkamers. Supermarkt op de begane grond. Prima om met grab of eigen vervoer Penang te verkennen. Voor 3 nachten vonden wij dit verblijf prima.. ook contact met host was goed.

Het grootste zwembad was gesloten voor onderhoud, dit was ons niet gemeld, anders hadden we iets anders geboekt. Ook het kindergedeelte was dicht (voor ons nvt). Er is in de middag geen zon op de verdieping waar het zwembad zit. Er komt geen warm water uit de regendouche, alleen uit de losse kraan. En dat was lauw. Hele badkamer wordt nat incl wc, dus we gebruikten 1 badkamer om te douchen, andere badkamer voor de rest. Ook schimmel in de badkamer. Het is een heel groot complex, wat ontzettend gehorig is. Zowel lawaai van buiten (moskee, straatverkeer), als geluid van mensen op de gang.
