The unit was super clean and have all the facilities as per stated. bed and pillow super comfy. The location is in Jelutong, not in the town but central to other location in Penang island (by car).
No eatery warung or restaurant in walking distance. No laundry to get dryer nearby (but they do have washing machine in the unit).

The Urban Suites are located in a strategic area, close to the town and the bridge. But I like the unit — it has two king beds in the master bedroom and one king bed in the other room.
The Urban Suites’ lifts — since there are only four lifts for each block, I feel it is not sufficient, especially during peak hours such as morning, evening, and night.

Turns out not as the one unit i viewed in photo during booked. - Bad maintained. Table was cracked, toilet basin was leaking. - Have to wait ard. 15-20 mins and more jus for the lift to go up and down. Most of the lift reached is all fully load. Really disappointed stay, not worth the price paid and over rated
