The facilities was superb. The big swimming pool, gym, cinema room and roof top view.
The clealiness of my unit was okay. But there are some problem with the shower drainage where the water suck in very slow. And there were leaking for both bathroom. It is not major for me, so it does not affect my penang vacation.

- Perfect location
- Very clean, cozy and minimalist
- Nice view from the apartment
- Swimming pool very family friendly
- The lift is really a joke. We spend 30minutes waiting for it.
- Not much kitchen utensils, we had to buy our own cup just to make coffee.
