Мені дуже сподобалося перебування в цьому помешканні. Кімната була затишною, комфортною та чистою, що зробило відпочинок приємним. Окремо хочу подякувати адміністратору за доброзичливість, розуміння та людяне ставлення. Мені дозволили залишити речі після виселення, а коли я випадково забула в номері кофту, її знайшли та повернули. Такі, здавалося б, дрібниці показують справжню турботу про гостей і залишають дуже теплі враження. Дякую за гостинність!

Все було чудово. Для зручності гостей я б рекомендувала додати фото або відеоінструкцію щодо отримання ключів та пошуку кімнати. Під час нічного заїзду це значно полегшило б орієнтування.

Location was excellent. Lovely view also. Comfortable bed. Outside area (terrace) was also nice but could do with a good clean up.

The check in process: you need to collect your key from a different building. We found the building location and then had to walk elsewhere to get our key. The key for the other location was then hidden in a wall. It felt a bit like a scavenger hunt trying to locate it to begin with and was frustrating when you have just travelled and want to settle in. The cleanliness: there was old fast food in the fridge and wrappers in the drawers, the terrace had cigarette ends, the shower leaked, the lamps didnt work. This was all reported but nothing happened. Breakfast was also pretty limited to sweet options only (croissant, cakes). Check-out: check out is at 11, but someone was in the room before this time and was surprised that we had returned. Also, whilst out exploring, we got a message to say they were in the room sorting out the terrace. It was an unannounced visit and when we returned, it didn't look like anything had been done. (Cigarette ends still there).
