The fully equipped kitchen includes a combined refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Pingo Doce coffee machine, toaster, juice press and various essential utensils for extended stays.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay.
Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
