Nice clean apartment exactly as listed, within walking distance from city center. Check in instructions could be communicated in advance, but host is very nice and flexible.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, exactly as pictured, close to shops and easy to get around. Lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils. We all loved the house. Thanks for having us stay!

We spent one night in the house of Angelo upon our arrival and again two more at the end of our trip. Unfortunately we did not have the occasion to meet the owner, but we communicated with him through phone. The house has been recently equipped and is in excellent condition. However there are some minor problems that must be taken care of. There are not really three rooms, but more like three sleeping places which are very small. This can be a problem if people have different waking-up times. Also we found curious the absence of a microwave oven in an apartment with two washing machines. The appartement has almost no window, which may be good for keeping it cool during the summer time. On the positive side we must point out that the internet connection was super-fast and that the appartment is really near to the historical center of Catania.
If you plan to come to Angelo's with a car (yours or rented) be advised that parking in the neighbouring streets is not at all easy: we felt as if we had won the lottery every time we managed to find a place to park.
