NEW Colorful Apartment at Gudaura Lift

Absolutely loved my stay here. The room is beautifully designed—modern, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was super comfortable, everything felt spotless, and the interior details really stood out, from the forest-inspired wall art to the warm lighting and stylish furniture. The location is also excellent—right near restaurants, cafés, and the main ski spots, which made everything super convenient without needing to travel far. The host is very kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions or help with inquiries throughout the stay, which really made the experience even better. It feels like a boutique hotel rather than a standard accommodation—very aesthetic, warm, and well maintained. You can tell a lot of care went into the design and comfort. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who values cleanliness, style, and a cozy vibe.

Very nicely decorated apartment, had everything available for a stay. Great bed, quiet to sleep as windows are facing the inner yard. Kitchen appliances, cutlery, cooking equipment all there and of good quality. Big bathroom, stable water pressure. Good location, not immediately next to the ski lifts, one needs few min walk. Very friendly, collaborative and helpful host, communication was just great! A total catch in New Gudauri

Everything was excellent,especially our owner of property George. Even despite our leaving one day earlier, than we have booked initially, he returned money, but he shouldn’t do it actually. So during all our stay George asked about our stay,was is comfortable or not, told us about all necessary things,where we could change money and buy products and ets, helped us with search of driver to Vladikavkaz. Accommodation is really nice and new one,fully equipped and very comfortable. All facilities were inside the room: toiletries, kitchen equipment). Just be aware,that you should take some slippers or warm sweated socks in winter, because the floor was rather cold (and during our stay the temperature outside was lower than 10))))) If I go one more time to Gudauri I will definitely stay in these apartments one more time!
