Приветливость персонала, отзывчивость хозяйки, наличие в номере всего необходимого для проживания. Вид из окна, несмотря на то что слева и справа гостиничные корпуса, они не портят пейзаж вообще. Номер очень теплый!

Comfortable and cozy apartment with all necessary things for short or long term rental.
Nice mountain view, especially amazing during sunrise time.

Location is pretty good, but the apartment is in the beginning of New Gudauri and you should be ready to go to gondola, restaurants and all infrastructure about 7-10 minutes because there’s hard traffic sometimes and no walking zone

Very good accomodation. 5 minutes by walk from ski-lift. All the restaurants are very close. Nice and cozy appartment much bigger then usual appartments in the area. New furniture and all the necessary utilities. They even provided a discount for a ski rent next to the hotel.
