Studio Apartment in New Gudauri Redco Block F2

Отличные апартаменты для тех, кто хочет покататься в Гудаури и при этом не готов оставить целое состояние в ресторанах. Есть все необходимое для того, чтобы готовить дома - мини-кухня с холодильником (правда, без морозильной камеры), посуда, сковородки-кастрюли-крышки. Хороший санузел, рабочая сантехника, в комнате тепло. Большая кровать и большой удобный стол. Огромный телевизор.

Самое неприятное, увы, не во власти хозяина - окна выходят на площадь между домами, где каток, и где с этого года устроили "парк-ярмарку" со сценой и аудио-системой. И вот организаторы этого "парка" позвали живого диджея, который с 16:00 до позднего вечера крутил какое-то drum-bass-trans-techno, от которого кровь из ушей и некуда деться. А когда он заканчивал, часов в 10 или 11 вечера, включались рестораны с громкой музыкой до полуночи. В общем, если хотите спокойно отдыхать после склонов - запасайтесь берушами или ищите место с окнами в другую сторону :(

Отличная локация, отличный прокат рядом и грузинский рестик. Наличие стиральной машины, было тепло, хороший ценник

The owner was so nice. He contacted me in advance via Whatsapp and keep update on the time that room will be ready. And the room was ready a bit earlier than the check in time. It was a bit hard to find the building at the beginning because it's new year holiday and crowded but he tried his best to guide the location and we made it. The room is in F2 building. When you get inside the building, there will be the reception with written on the back of reception " four seasons gudauri f2" The room was clean, comfortable with everthing you need. The view from the room is also incredible!! And it really close to gondola lift. It took less than 5 minutes walk. On the ground floor also have convenience stores (Spar & Carrefour), many restaurant and soooo many ski rental. Also when you know the building location, you can park the car on the side of building 3 and walk through the back of building which I find really convenience and away from crowd.

Internet a bit weak during my stay but understandable from the weather condition of my arrival.

The location of the studio apartment was ideal, providing easy access to key areas, while the interior was impeccably maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. One of the standout features of the experience was the host's excellent communication, as they were consistently available and responsive through WhatsApp.

The door lock system was quite advanced, which, while secure, took us about 15 minutes to figure out before we could enter the room. Additionally, we noticed that the room didn’t have an air conditioner, which made it a bit uncomfortable during warmer moments.
