Апартаменты очень тёплые, всегда есть горячая вода. Отличное расположение — можно буквально выехать прямо на склон и сразу начать спуск. В самих апартаментах всё было комфортно и уютно, а вид на горы просто шикарный. Есть возможность посетить спа с горячим бассейном и прекрасной баней (120 лари на человека за день). Также можно посетить завтраки (70 лари на человека). Рядом есть несколько хороших ресторанов и небольшой магазин
Очень неприятное впечатление оставил персонал в прокате лыжного снаряжения — сотрудники вели себя грубо, во время разговора могли просто отвернуться и уйти. В целом сервис со стороны части персонала был слабым, общались невежливо.

Very close to ski lift. You can ski to the hotel entrance.
Actually there is no such a hotel, it is a part of Gudauri Loft. So no one taxi driver knows it and every time you need to explain how to get there.
If you need grocery you can get by car only.

There are two separate rooms, SMART TV with youtube. Cosy, warm and nice view.
there is no dryer for washing stuff, appartment has one electrical in a bath, however it’s not enough for 4 people. The appartment wasn’t ideally clean, especially in a bath, my wife have observed footprints of the previous host on the toilet. The cattle is old enough and sometimes it was impossible to boil the water.

This is a simple private apartment on 5th floor of Gudauri Loft Hotel with everything you need for a short stay in mountains. The price of the apartment is much better than rooms in the same hotel, but you will need to pay extra for spa (70 GEL) or breakfast (45 GEL). The restaurant at the top is amazing and we were there every day.
In the nearest area there is only construction in progress. If you want to go to another restaurant or to the shop, you will need to go down the slope (around 20 minutes), but even there we didn't find much to do. If you're looking for a more lively area, you may want to look at New Gudauri.
