הדירה הייתה נעימה, נקייה ומרווחת. המיקום מושלם, סקי ישר למדרונות וקרוב למרכז של New Gudauri. המטבח היה מאובזר טוב והיו מספיק כלים לבישול. היו תמיד מים חמים במקלחות והדירה הייתה מחוממת ונעימה כל הזמן.
התקשורת עם המארח הייתה ממש גרועה. כבר בעת ההזמנה הייתה טעות של המארח שהובילה לכך שלא ידענו אם יש לנו חדר (למרות ששילמנו), היינו צריכים להחליף חדר בעת השהייה, הוא היה מאוד לא זמין בטלפון - מה שגרם לנו לחכות בקבלה עד שיענה בלי שידענו לאיזה חדר להיכנס, ובמשך כל השהייה לא היה אור באף חדר שינה והוא לא הגיע להחליף את הנורות. המיטות מאוד קשות ולרובנו היה קשה לישון עליהן, והלוקר לציוד סקי ממש קטן, היינו ארבעה אנשים ולא היה מקום לציוד של כולנו.

Место расположение с супер , есть ресторан , спа, завтраки
В номере нет ничего от слова ( просто прийти поспать ни бокалов, ни тумбочек , в душе нет полочек , лейку держать в рука можно только ! Шкафа нет ( маленький холодильник, для сьема на сутки ок , на длительный срок не рекомендую, были в 103 номере
