Gudauri Summer Apartment - Fireplace, Netflix on 100" Projector Screen, Full kitchen

דירה נהדרת, מרווחת ומקסימה, מעוצבת נפלא. נוף להרים. הדירה עם מטבח מאובזר מאוד ומכונת כביסה. בדירה 3 חדרי שירותים ומקלחת - אחד בקומה התחתונה ושניים בשני חדרי השינה למעלה. עיצוב מקסים וצעיר. מסך גדול עם מקרן ונטפליקס פתוח. המיקום מצוין (לא היינו בתקופת סקי ורק יכולנו לחלום איך המיקום מעולה לגולשים). באותו בניין בחלק התחתון בר מסעדה מדליק בשם Drunk Cherry וממש ליד יש מינימרקט של Spar. קיבלנו הנחיות טובות מהבעלים לגבי הגעה ובכל בעיה בה נתקלנו הוא היה זמין

היתה בעיה על המנעול האלקטרוני שלא היה תקין. זה טופל באופן חלקי במהלך השהות ואני מקוה שהבעיה נפתרה. ממליצה לבקש גם מפתח רגיל שיש אפשרות לספק

Very lovely apartment, very clean, very comfortable, good location in new Gudauri

It was hard to find the place in the first day

This is a summer review of an apartment in a winter sport destination: The apartment is outstanding. Every detail is thought through. Our best accommmodation in Georgia. You have 2 en suite bedrooms on the second floor and a large kitchen and living room with bathroom on the first floor. The apartment is on the fourth (and fifth) floor and has garage parking and an elevator. Views are spectacular and location is good with a supermarket, a bar, a lift and several playgrounds nearby. The kitchen equipment is outstanding, you even have a dishwasher. There is a swing in the living room which our kids loved. We did not try the washing machine, but there is one. The sofa unfolds to a double bed. You have manuals for everything you need, but not too many so that you don't want to read them. The host was very quick to respond.

While the apartment itself is outstanding, the surroundings are not in the best condition (why this part is called NEW Gudauri is beyond me). In summer, the road leading to the apartment can only be driven slowly. Most (but not all) shops and bars are closed. The elevator did not work properly most of the time (you need some patience). The garage door also did not work properly (in summer, you can easily park in front of the building instead). Temperature control was a bit tricky, as we could not figure out how to open the roof windows. But these were minor issues - it still was the best accommodation we had in Georgia.
