Отличное расположение апартаментов. Рядом со склонами, но было очень тихо. Чтобы быстро добраться до горы, есть маленький подъемник подкидыш (бесплатно). Чистые, уютные апартаменты. Очень удобный матрас на кровати.
Было очень тепло. Спасибо большое Ираклию за отзывчивость и готовность всегда помочь.
Надеюсь увидеться еще не один раз

First of all, the host Irakli is in contact 24/7 and super helpful with all questions and actions.
- The room is spacious. I was alone, but it can accommodate 4 people due to the big bed and sofa.
- Everything you need to work, live, and cook there. Wi-Fi is fast.
- The Gondola is 5 minutes away.
- Quieter than the Gondola area, offering the same convenience.
Highly recommended for a stay in Gudauri.
A better fridge would make the room 11 out of 10.

Location was great, with pleasant surroundings, close to the skiing areas. Apartment is freshly decorated , very clean and cozy. We immensely enjoyed our stay there and will totally go back. Host was very nice and responsive.

Got lovely and cozy studio for my weekend. Host was very helpful, they helped me to organize my transfer till the apartment as well. Room was clean and stylish. Overall, everything was better then expected. Good value for money.
