NEW 1 Bed Flat next to Roath Park w/Street Parking

. Overall, the location is excellent — a beautiful neighborhood, very close to the bus stop and Roath Park. The management office was also responsive whenever I needed anything.

The building’s main entrance door access code does not work, which I reported several weeks before leaving but they did not solve it. The biggest problem happened during my final two days. The apartment next to mine was rented to a large group who held a very loud party until around 6:00 a.m. There was loud music, they go in and out of the building every 15 mins, suspicious behavior, and a strong smell that appeared to be related to drugs. My apartment and the neighboring apartment share an open balcony area with no partition between them. I noticed that the guests from the neighboring apartment came onto my side of the balcony to smoke and left cigarette butts and other smoking-related waste behind. I contacted the property management office, but unfortunately the situation was not resolved and continue for two days. For this reason, I would not stay here again or recommend it. I wish the management improves building security and pays more attention to the type of guests they allow to rent the apartments. For me, safety, peace and quiet, and the behavior of the guests staying nearby are extremely important, especially when staying in a respectable residential area. So, I would recommend that the landlord fix the access code for the building’s main entrance and consider installing a proper partition between the two balconies to ensure privacy and security for both apartments.

Well located for our trip and with self catering. No problem parking in the street. There were items missing which could have been checked before we arrived - a 3rd bath towel and a hairdryer.

It was comfortable with plenty of space in a great location and all for a great price
