The units are cozy and functional, with complete amenities that make everyday living convenient. Security is also commendable, and the staff are approachable and helpful. One of the best things about Mivesa is its accessibility to malls, restaurants, schools, and other essential establishments around Cebu City.

The apartment is in a complex which is guarded and well maintained. We loved especially the two pools (the which costs only 200 pesos per person per day and can be used all day, kids up to 6 years are free) and that it was all close as the kids were able to walk around freely. The beds were comfortable and shower pressure was ok. The apartment was cleanly All staff was very friendly and helpful at all times as well as the communication with the tenants was great.
The tableware was a bit limited, but was enough for us. A few more glasses as well as a toaster would have been great.

Unit is clean and cozy
Very small swimming pool and you have to pay 200 per pax for anyone above 5yrs old. Parking also has to pay. So there are alot of extra costs
