Ideal location on the Parkdean Caravan Site on the main road accessible by bus or car to main areas in north wales coast and short walk to beach.
Caravan easy to get to and parking spave provided concrete , so you don't damage the grass.. There is still ample grassfor children to play or to sit in the sun.
There are plenty of eating places around and a dedicated food delivery pick up point
Everything provided ..I took my own stuff, as you never know what is there until you get there, but plenty of things like kitchen scourers washing up liquid cleaners , etc air fryer , microwave, toaster, pots, pans, knives - even a tin opener ( standard as many places for some reason don't have tin openers or decent knives 😂)
Lots of equipment like baby gates, toys and games for kids child size crockery. Things for summer fans , lamps and beach toys , deck chairs. There is a childrens play area on site but if you want to use swiming pool or club facilities you will need to buy a leisure pass for each person.
There are 3 separate bedroms and a bathroom with a toilet / shower and a separet toilet along the way.. There is only one entrance door , which if you have kids is easier to monitor and there is a baby gate, which can be assembled for peace of mind.
It has a liverool based theme and the feeling of being a home from home over the past years :-)
Owners on end of phone if needed for emergencies .
Plz note : NONE OF THIS IS NEGATIVE ! and we would happily go back to stay at a future date - just an honest opinion if you are considering what is available..as often it is just pot luck what and where it is..
Caravan obviously in need of update, few cosmetic issues and very draughty widows and door, BUT there are blinds and curtains and heaters provided.
To note campsite leisure passes are NOT included as this caravan is not rented through the site so that would cost extra when you get there.
It is right next to the main road . there is a hedge and children cant get through , but cars and lorries til late at night and another campsites directly opposite.

Close to the amenities on site. Communication with the owner was very good - answering emails quickly. Caravan had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.
A nasty smell around the fridge area as if milk had been spilt previously. Main door catch didn’t work so couldn’t leave the door open to get fresh air in.

The caravan was comfortable, perfect for what we needed. The location was great, plenty to do around the area, short stroll to the beach and local amenities. Would stay again. Very good value for money.
There was nothing not to like, we didn't use the entertainment as we found it a little expensive per person but this isn't a reflection on the caravan itself. It was the perfect base to venture out and explore which is why we went. There was a slight smell from the fridge area but that could be down to the drip tray at the back of the fridge. The caravan was comfortable and perfect for what we needed.
