Lovely little mini break

We loved that it was closely situated to the fair and also just a short drive to Rhyl and llandudno, bedding was nice fresh and clean and we enjoyed the balcony.

Just needs a few more forks and maybe a washing up bowl or plug for kitchen. There was also food in the freezer which some families may appreciate but the freezer needs a good defrost.

The location was a bit far to the amenities we cooked by our own breakfast.

If the caravan was a bit nearer the restaurant the shop ect but apart from that enjoyed my stay

Lovely, comfortable, home from home.

I met the owner on my arrival as I was a little earlier than I should have been. The owner was a lovely, friendly, helpful, guy and couldn't have been more pleasant or welcoming. The caravan is REALLY spacious, it is a lot bigger than some 3 bedroomed caravans I've stayed in. Ample storage in all the rooms, a lovely big shower with two heads, excellent water pressure and heat. The main bedroom was also spacious, usually when I stay in caravans I ALWAYS bang my toes and knees on the bed because the bedroom is so small, but, because of the space in this one, I didn't. Lots of wardrobe space too. The caravan was very clean and I didn't find any dust or dirt anywhere. Lovely seating outside on the balcony in a perfect spot to catch the sun. Everywhere is decorated lovely, and it's very homely and comfortable. I don't have anything negative to add, I had a lovely stay and can't wait to return.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay in Caravan – Request for Compensation/Refund We recently stayed in the CC2 caravan and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, which we would like to bring to your attention. Here are the main issues we faced: 1. Windows and Lights: • One of the window curtains was broken. • The hall light was not working. • One outside light and small bulb lights inside were also not working. • We had to repair a few of these ourselves. 2. Wi-Fi: • The Wi-Fi connection was extremely slow and unreliable. 3. Sofa and Comfort: • The sofa cushion was completely worn out, making it very uncomfortable to sit. 4. Kitchen Issues: • The kitchen exhaust fan was not working. • There was no proper lighting in the kitchen, especially problematic at night. 5. Cleanliness and Hygiene: • We found dog hair on the sofa and even on the bed. • This was very disturbing, especially during meals and sleep. • Despite our complaints, no one came to clean the caravan for two days. 6. Structural Problem: • If one person walks inside the caravan, the whole structure shakes. • This caused sleep disturbance at night. 7. Bathroom Supplies: • There was no extra toilet tissue or handwash provided. We booked this caravan with the expectation that it would match the description and pictures shown online. Unfortunately, it did not. We feel that the condition of the caravan was not acceptable for the price we paid. We humbly request a partial refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced. .

As mentioned before, there were hairs in the utensils and kitchen, which led to vomiting and food poisoning for two of my friends. One of my friends has a doctor’s appointment tomorrow due to this illness. She works through an agency, and if her medical report confirms food poisoning due to unhygienic conditions, and she misses work, she will not be paid. In that case, I want to make it very clear that we will hold you liable for any loss of earnings and further legal action will be taken. We had booked this caravan in good faith, expecting it to be clean and livable. Instead, your negligence has caused health issues and may lead to financial loss. If a refund is not processed immediately, we will: • Submit medical reports as evidence to support our case • File a claim for financial damages due to job loss • Report the case to Trading Standards and the booking platform • Leave a detailed public review warning others You are advised to respond within 48 hours before legal action is initiated.
