Emplacement en extérieur de Lille.
Facilité d'accès au centre de Lille par voiture ou avec les transports en commun.
Places de stationnement non privatives mais disponibles à quelques dizaine de mètres de l'appartement.
Escalier très exigu pour monter les bagages.

We went during Winter and I can say the apartment, top floor, in the loft had a nice, warm comfortable temperature throughout. It's a walking distance from the local Carrefour, so that was a nice touch to pick up things you may have forgotten or you need.
Fact that I had to pay a security deposit to get check-in info. I was not informed of this while completing the booking on Booking.com. Security deposit was refunded after departure though.
I felt it would have been nice to have that information upfront during the booking process. Because I found out on the day while heading off to the place and to make matters worse, I had forgotten my wallet at home - it almost ended in a disaster for us. Fortunately, I was able to pay the deposit using other means.
