Inverness city centre! Quiet and spacious family-sized apartment w/lift

Great apartment in city center! Plenty of space for a small family with the added convenience of a full kitchen and laundry. Very close to train station and quick walk to most anything in the city. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment and great location. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. The family room area was nicely laid out. We did not use the kitchen at all other than to put a few things in the fridge but it seemed adequate. There is a washer but no dryer so we didn't use it. The only negative (and I hesitated about whether or not to dock a star) was the property manager communications. The check-in instructions were not given a few days in advance as VRBO said they would be so I had to chase them down the night before our arrival and had to involve VRBO. Communication during the stay was particularly bad as we tried to get a minor issue resolved and ended up getting locked out of the apartment. (There is apparently only one key to the apartment and the cleaner had taken it and not returned it so we returned home unable to access the apartment.) This was resolved quickly but it was very stressful and again involved contacting VRBO. There are 2 managers and Federica should not interact with customers - just my view.

Very good experience. Clean, attractive, well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Excellent location.

The flat was spotless, functional and well located in downtown Inverness. We were able to easily walk to it from the train station. Close to the downtown action, but quiet. The host was very responsive and the unit was well equipped for our 4 day stay.
