The location was awesome even though it was not beachfront, great access to the center of the island and to the state park. The house overall was great for eight people but would recommend one more bathroom for the amount of people. The house needs a little of TLC.

The house was well laid out with bedrooms on the ends of the house and centrally located family areas. The kitchen was open enough to allow the family to gather while dinner was being prepared. The outside areas are thoughtfully laid out. I loved the location to the beach and the center of the island.

This is a great house and the layout and location are perfect for our needs. There had apparently been a roof leak. The ceiling in one bedroom was falling in, drywall and drywall tape was hanging. Another bedroom and hall ceiling stained and in need of patching and painting
