This house is an A+ in terms of location and views of the ocean. But this home needs a huge refresh. It is dated and tired and had a roach problem. They did come and spray while we were there which helped. The slipcover on the couch was torn and held on with safety pins and the sheets on the bed kept popping off. Home could used updated/new furnishings to get the full 5-star rating.

From our porch, we could see the gulf and enjoy the serenity of St George Island. The house had a well equipped kitchen and a large great room for everyone to sit(6 adults). We enjoyed the outside grill. The house was very clean. We will return!
