Get into a zen state of mind at Buddha Beach!

The open living/dining/kitchen is bright, airy and accommodating. A large, spacious and fully stocked kitchen with ample counter space makes preparing and cooking meals a breeze. Eat in at the breakfast bar and dining room table, or enjoy a meal outdoors in the sun at the picnic table downstairs. A convenient laundry room is located just past the kitchen, with a full size washer and dryer. You will also find an ample supply of beach towels for your use (bonus!). The living room offers additional sleeping with a Queen size sleeper sofa and a gathering place for the family with a flat screen TV, DVD player and CD stereo. Sliding glass doors open onto a covered and furnished deck overlooking the private swimming pool and out towards the Gulf of Mexico.

Turning West from the living room is a small office space for those of you who still have to work on vacation! A large master suite with King bed can be found just past the office area. This bedroom has plenty of room for young children who need to be closer to parents or guardians, and we are happy to provide a pack-n-play for those in need. The private bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

Turning East from the living room is a convenient hall bathroom with double sinks and large, tiled shower. This bathroom is shared with the main living space and East bedroom. The East bedroom is large enough to hold 2 twin beds and 1 Queen bed, a great space for teenagers or even a small family.

Upstairs is a private Queen bedroom and private bathroom with large, tiled shower. This room is away from the hustle and bustle and is best suited for those who sleep in! Just past the Queen bedroom is another Master suite. This master has a King sized bed and private bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower. The comfortable King bed looks out toward the Gulf of Mexico and has the added enjoyment of a large, private balcony that overlooks the pool. This is a great place to watch the sun rise over the Gulf or enjoy a quiet afternoon of sunbathing.

The convenience of under-house concrete parking and covered entry make unloading and loading an easy task. As you round the corner from the front entry, you will find a large fish cleaning station with sink and gas grill. An exterior door, also accessible from the foyer, will open to a room filled with fun activities to include a ping pong table, corn hole, beach and pool gear as well as bicycles for the group! There’s no better way to explore the Island than the bike path which extends east and west from our location. Average bicycle rentals can cost you up to $40 per week, per bicycle. We happily provide bicycles at no additional charge for your convenience and enjoyment!

The large, fenced pool area is gated from the stairwell and carport for added safety but please be mindful to keep an eye on the little ones. The carport entry leads you into a covered deck space with a hot/cold enclosed shower and tiki bar area where you can relax in the shade as you watch over the kids swimming in the private pool. For colder months, pool heat is available for an additional $400 + tax fee. We also allow up to 2 dogs 50lbs or less with advance permission for a $200 + tax fee.

Beach access is an easy stroll along paved roads to a community beach boardwalk, about a 4-5 minute walk away. Not only is the Gulf just a short walk or bike ride away, you may also enjoy visiting the Apalachicola Bay via the East Hole public bay access 3 blocks East.
