My main concern was that a small child became climb over the couch in the third floor den and fall into the main starwell. It almost happened to my grandson! In addition we had an issue with the kitchen garbage disposal not constantly working. Several lightbulbs in the bathrooms and stairs well were burnt out. There are no keys but you must constantly use a 10 digit pin to lock and unlock the main door
