Welcome to Coastal Haven located in Indian Rocks Beach! Are you looking for a private beach location while at the same time having lots of walkability options? Then look no further…. we invite your group to experience our private residential beach duplex which has its own private saltwater pool. This home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps up to 10 guests.
The Space:
Downstairs Unit:
-> 2 bedrooms (A Queen bed in each bedroom) with TVs and ceiling fans
-> 1 full bath with a beautifully tiled large walk-in shower
-> Enclosed sunroom with a Bunk Bed for extra sleeping space or quiet area to get away
-> The open concept living area is light and bright and is perfect for socializing
-> The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up gourmet meals with ease while easily accommodating 10 hungry guests in the eat-in kitchen area
-> Fully equipped game room with arcade games and foosball
-> Washer and dryer for your convenience
-> Wi-Fi and Roku TVs for all your streaming needs
Upstairs Unit (you must walk-up stairs to access):
-> 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with two full beds and a pull-out single bed) with TVs and ceiling fans.
-> 1 full bath with a beautifully tiled bathtub
-> The open concept living area is light and bright and is perfect for socializing
-> The fully equipped kitchen allows you to whip up gourmet meals with ease while accommodating 7 hungry guests in the eat-in kitchen area
-> A Washer and dryer for your convenience Wi-Fi and Roku TVs for all your streaming needs
Outdoor Space:
-> Enjoy your private 5ft deep pool
-> 2 outdoor shower areas – one underneath the garage and one out back by the pool
-> Plenty of outdoor seating by the pool with loungers and outdoor tables and chairs
-> BBQ grill out back by the pool
-> Turf area out back for extra space to play cornhole, kick a soccer ball around or throw a frisbee
-> Looking to escape the Florida sun, we have multiple options! Out back by the pool we have covered wicker seating for 4. Out front underneath the garage we have seating for 6 with a 6ft patio table and chairs. There are also 3 hammocks underneath the garage for you to lay back and relax while taking in the saltwater breeze.
-> Sip your morning coffee out front in our adirondeck chairs by the downstairs unit or our wicker settee located out front of the upstairs unit.
-> The home is located on a dead-end street making your stay nice and quiet with no through-traffic.
-> Two beach wagons with folding chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and beach toys are included for your convenience.
The Neighborhood:
You are only 1 block away from the white sandy beaches and turquoise gulf waters of Indian Rocks Beach. It’s a 3 minute walk from your front door to the 5th Ave. beach access. You can’t beat the location and walkability of this house… outside of your front door is Jake’s Coastal Cantina. The Original Crabby Bills, PJ’s Oyster’s Bar and Jimmy Guana’s are a few of the very close walkable restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee and pastries at Pipo N’ Betty’s Bakery and your evening walk to the Tropical Ice Cream store or Anecdote Brewing Company. For the kids and the kids at heart there’s a small waterpark located across the street called Splash Harbour Water Park for a day of fun! CVS is also a short walk for any last minute items. This private duplex is perfect for the large family or group that wants to travel together, but still have their own space.

This was the 7th time out group visited Indian Rocks Beach, and this property is easily the best we've stayed at ! Having two separate areas was super nice.
The pool was clean and refreshing and the A/C worked well. (A big issue at previous locations)
The location of the rental property was a plus as it was a short walk to several of our favorite places as well as the Beach.
Our host was very communicative to any issues and the amenities provided was nice.
Overall, would highly reccomend this property!

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. Plenty of room for all, extremely well kept and beautiful. The private pool area and two levels are great for group settings, and both very well set up. Amazing location right close to the beach and on a nice street close to shops and restaurants. Would return any time!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Very clean inside and lovely outdoor space including tables, hammocks, a heated saltwater pool! Comfy beds, nicely appointed kitchen & nice furniture. Love that it came with a wagon & beach chairs and toys! Only a few things need addressed: 1) the downstairs shower window is frosted so you can’t see put it people can see in pretty well. 2) The upstairs unit with 2 bedrooms is a completely separate outdoor access - no way to move between the two indoors. It also has its own kitchen & laundry. 3) The upstairs king bedroom has an exit sign, which is probably required for safety but it is not very relaxing to have a bright red exit sign in a bedroom.

High school friends and I stayed at the property for four nights. While it is an older property, it has been remodeled. Both levels had nice, comfortable, living room, furniture, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well stocked and really eliminated our need to buy anything other than food! We appreciate it the large supply of towels, beach cart, chairs, umbrellas and closeness to the beach, (basically one block away.) Indian rocks is a nice low-key area and this house is easy walking distance to an ice cream shop, several bars and restaurants, which we really enjoyed. Note that the upper unit and lower unit are truly separate units and not connected by an inside door. There is easy access to the upstairs unit from the pool area and the driveway.
