This charming flat is perfect for couples or individuals working remotely. Located in a quiet condominium nestled in the hills, it offers a peaceful retreat away from the noise of the city. The property ensures a serene environment, as parties and loud noises of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Surrounded by a cozy interior and tasteful furnishings, this lovely flat is set within walking distance of many top Nice attractions!
Relax in the bright living room which features a plush sofa facing a large flat-screen cable TV. There are huge windows that line the space which brightens the room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and cutleries you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, a microwave, and a fridge. If you fancy dining in, there's also a dining area for 2 where you can grab your meals with loved ones.
The bedroom contains a double sofa bed. Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you'll have a pleasant sleep.
The bathroom has all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up such as an attached shower, a separate toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The one on the Cours Saleya is undoubtedly the most lively in the Old Town (Vieux Nice). Strolling through the city’s narrow streets, you can smell the heady perfume emanating from the stalls of local producers. A visit to the city inevitably includes a meal in a restaurant to taste the specialties of Nice: the salade niçoise, the pan bagnat, the farcis… Throughout the year, the city comes alive and various events are organized. The most famous are undoubtedly the Nice Carnival and the Nice Jazz Festival.
Nature enthusiasts can make the most of their holidays walking along the hiking trails that link the hills to the city center. They are ideal for discovering the city from another angle and admiring the beauty of the landscapes. The most athletic can also go to the coast to enjoy water sports such as diving, jet skiing, tubing or even a boat trip.
Nice Airport is 16 minutes away from the property and you may explore the city by train or by bus which is easily accessible and convenient.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day).
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
