Welcome to ELBE 12! An apartment for 5 guests on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence.
Just steps from the Val d'Europe/Vallée Village shopping center (100 meters) and close to Disneyland Paris (10 minutes by bus/car, 15 minutes on foot).

THE ACCOMMODATION:
ELBE 12 is located on the ground floor of the residence and can accommodate up to 5 people.

It includes:
- A living room with a Smart TV (double sofa bed + a single sofa bed).
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, etc.)
- Bedroom: one queen-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom (shower, sink)
- Separate toilet

- For babies: travel cot and high chair
- 1 secure underground parking space in the residence, with direct elevator access (Please note: maximum height is 1.95 m)

NOTE:
For the first few days, we provide basic necessities (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, hand/machine dishwashing liquid, trash bag, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To replenish these supplies, you can stock up at the Auchan supermarket located a few meters away in the Val d'Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Located in the Serris Town Hall district, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants at Boulangerie l'Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l'Interprète...).

You'll appreciate its ideal location, just 100 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, "Val d'Europe," with its numerous boutiques, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You'll also find "La Vallée Village - Chic Shopping Outlet" there.
