Beautiful and modern apartment in the Sestiere San Marco in Venice.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed; a living room furnished with a sofa and an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave.
To top it off, two bathrooms with showers complete the layout.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment.
The building does not have an elevator.
* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

I had a great experience at the property. Checking in was seamless and online. Getting in and out of the property is made easy with electronic keypads. Can’t recommend this location enough! Also, it’s in a great location. It’s close to all the sights, close to a water taxi stop, and isn’t overcrowded with people.

The property’s location was very convenient and it had an easy check in. The steps were a little steep going up to the apartment on the second floor. The apartment had two bathrooms which was nice and a washing machine. (It would have been helpful to have instructions available on how to use the washing machine). The apartment was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and plan to stay there again on our next trip to Venice..
