The house was clean and orderly. The shops and beach are less than a 5 minute walk. Beach accessories available such as chairs, wagon, umbrella were an added bonus.

Beach chairs broken and were camp chairs, not beach chairs (Tommy bahama style).

Great location, near all of the businesses on Linden Ave. Walking distance to the beach. This is the middle property on a lot with two other rental units; we were able to park in the driveway but there is also off-street parking. Bed was very comfortable with soft mattress. Shower had good water pressure and ample hot water. Walking distance to train station if you're traveling by Amtrak. We enjoyed relaxing in Carpinteria, but also took some day drives to Santa Barbara & Ventura.
