About this apartment rental

Enjoy our tastefully furnished, comfortable end unit in a quiet, 20-unit townhouse-style complex on Elm Avenue just 1 block from the beach. You can leave your car in the covered carport and walk to town for shopping and restaurants. New 42-inch SMART LED TV with cable...wireless internet...fully equipped kitchen...4 ceiling fans...plenty of sheets and towels ...beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella and beach mats in storage locker. King-size bed in bedroom...sleeper sofa in loft. Complex has a laundry room. No pets or smoking.

We loved the location---easy walk to ocean and shops/restaurants! Well equipped for eating, sleeping comfortably, and heading to the beach! Wonderfully communicative host with easy access and parking. Would absolutely stay again!

Emily's condo is charming, very well-equipped, clean, nicely furnished. We loved being so close to the beach! Communication with Emily was very easy. All in all, this was one of our nicest VRBO stays.

A perfect little condo right by the beach! It was just as pictured and so conveniently situated. Just as its name, one block from the beach, but it’s also a quick walk or bike ride down Linden street where there are lots of restaurants and shops. We chose it because it was a short walk or bike ride to the state park (camp grounds) where our family was. Super easy to go back and forth! The kitchen is extremely well stocked and there are extra blankets and pillows which I appreciate. There are lots of hooks on the walls, so you can hang up towels. Lastly, it was quiet and peaceful. You can hear the ocean from the bedroom window!
