The price has been lowered for summer at this cozy beach condo just a block to the sand at Carpinteria Beach, and across the street from the Salt Marsh Nature Park. Ideal for a couple's romantic getaway or a small family.
The one bedroom, one bath townhouse sleeps 4 (see below), with a queen bed upstairs and a queen sofa downstairs. The dining area seats 4 and the kitchen is well equipped for a great vacation. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a window seat perfect for reading. Beach chairs are available, so you can enjoy Carpinteria’s famously beautiful beach.

This pristine, 230-acre coastal wetland is a paradise for birdwatchers and nature photography. While a portion is dedicated to exclusive University of California scientific research, the public side features a peaceful 1.2-mile walking path. The trail is lined with informative exhibits and observation decks—perfect for spotting local wildlife against a beautiful mountain backdrop.

Location was awesome! Small unit that fit the needs of two seniors. We could walk everywhere, and even enjoyed the gym. Close enough to to visit other towns like Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara!

The place is small, it needs some updates, but it is very well located, only 5 minutes walk to the beach. This apartment would be a very good stay for a couple, but it is not a good stay for a family. My husband and I slept on the sofa-bed, and we had so much back pain! No one should ever have to sleep on such an uncomfortable thing. That sofa is the reason why we give only 3 stars.
