About this apartment rental
This beautiful condo has a unique open floor plan with top-of-the line Bosch appliances in the kitchen, including range, oven, and under-counter fridge. There’s a microwave, coffeemaker, even a wine chiller and stocked spice rack.
In the living room, there’s a flat screen TV, WiFi, books and games, and a queen size sleeper sofa. There’s also a radio and a faux fireplace heater to complete the atmosphere.
Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway or small family vacation at the “World’s Safest Beach.”
Upstairs, a queen size bed, all new bathroom with stall shower. Beach towels are provided, and it’s just one block to the sand, across the street from the Salt Marsh Nature Park.
IMPORTANT: This condo is suitable for up to 4 persons but not if you're all adults. You wouldn't be comfortable. The queen bed is right for a couple but a sofa bed is appropriate for 1 adult or 2 children.

Start your morning with a coffee and a walk through the stunning Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park, located just minutes away! This pristine, 230-acre coastal wetland is a paradise for birdwatchers and nature photography. While a portion is dedicated to exclusive University of California scientific research, the public side features a peaceful 1.2-mile walking path. The trail is lined with informative exhibits and observation decks—perfect for spotting local wildlife against a beautiful mountain backdrop.

The location was awesome and your property is charming however there were a few things Worth mentioning.
There is no air conditioning and although good ocean breezes it still got really stuffy even with fans. Super thin walls so large dogs next door were heard & not entirely enjoyable at 5 am. Additionally no real privacy between bedroom upstairs & downstairs so my friends snoring was hard to sleep thru.
Possibly mention these nuances a bit more in the description.. Overall a good stay but sleep was sacrificed due to issues mentioned. Thank you.
