About this house rental
Welcome to Tee-to-Green on Prospector 15! Centrally located in the heart of Suncadia Resort on Legacy Trail, this golf front home was designed with luxury vacationing in mind. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all-season resort activities.

Located in Suncadia's Legacy neighborhood close to resort activities and attractions including: Swiftwater Cellars winery, bike and walking trails, Batista Park, Prospector driving range, Stovehouse at The Inn, and Suncadia Lodge.

This beautiful home’s main floor boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a beautiful live edge dining table seating 9-10 comfortably and 3 bar stools at the island.
The great room is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, family celebrations, or reading by the fire.
Upstairs, you will find a large bonus room with a large comfortable sectional and 70” smart TV along with all bedrooms on the second floor.
Bedroom Situation:
All sleeping areas are on the 2nd floor:
• Primary Suite with King bed
• Guest Room #1 with Queen bed
• Guest Room #2 with Queen bed
• Bunk Room with 2 Twin over Full bunks (sleeps 4)
Exterior:
• Main floor Patio: Covered area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ
• Outdoor gas fire pit with outdoor seating
INCLUDED:
• Coffee & Tea with a selection of creamer and sugars (Keurig)
• Air Conditioning
• Games, Puzzles & Books
• XBOX with 2 controllers (must have your own XBOX Live account)
• High speed WIFI available in every room
• During winter bring your sleds and tubes, there is an epic sledding hill right across the golf course from our backyard!
The driveway can accommodate up to 4 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking and any overflow parking is available at The Inn or Swiftwater Cellars near by.
**Not included: Access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools.
**Absolutely NO Pets. A violation will result in additional cleaning fee. Thank you for respecting the Homeowners and keeping your pets at home.
**ID verification and guest registration required for all confirmed reservations. Reserving Guest must be 26 years or older.

The home is nicer than the pictures. Very welcoming and a great kitchen and great room area.Backyard was perfect, electric firepit was great, bucks walked through the back property both mornings. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen accessories and linens. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, close to the pool, quiet, and spacious with a great floorplan for our family. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay at Tee-2-Green, we never wanted to leave. The house comfortably fit our group of 8. We LOVED the huge kitchen that was so well equipped, we ate in every meal! There was plenty of space to play games around the table and the fire pit and couch outside were so cozy on a snowy afternoon! Each room was so comfortable and serene, we were looking for ways to justify staying longer! Everything was so easy and beautiful, we'll have to find another reason to come back!

From the moment we walked through the door, it was evident this was a cozy, beautifully appointed home! Every square inch was spotless and clean and very well maintained! We enjoyed the covered patio and furniture was very comfortable to watch the golfers and we even saw a bunch of deer. The beds were extremely comfortable and easy to find items in the kitchen. We loved how central the location was to pop over to Swiftwater, The Lodge and The Inn. Beth was extremely easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly each time I had a question leading up to our reservation. She was wonderful and we’d LOVE to rent from her again! Very enjoyable stay, wish we could have stayed longer! Best weekend with high school friends who had over been to Suncadia.
