• Damage Protection: $79 non-refundable fee (covers up to $3,000 in damages; excludes hot tub)
• Gatherings/ Parties/BBQs of any size over house occupancy must have prior approval.
• Cameras: Two exterior Ring cameras (front driveway + golf course view only) No cameras are inside the home.
