This-5 bedroom luxury mountain home was thoughtfully designed to be the ultimate vacation destination. Timber Retreat easily accommodates 3-4 families, or groups of up to 16 people. Relax and enjoy the privacy, amenities and unbeatable location in the heart of Suncadia, on Maple Leaf Loop. Free level 2 EV charging is available at the home, or fast charge with 440v at the nearby lodge.
The main level features 3 bedrooms, each with king beds and adjacent bathrooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, and a gorgeous great room featuring a 2 story fireplace, and amazing views of the golf course. Upstairs are 2 additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The large Bunk Room includes 2 custom log twin-over-full bunk beds, bean bags, TV, and a toy closet that is sure to keep the kids entertained. The nearby Family Suite features a king bed, a custom log twin-over-twin bunk, and a pack-n-play in the closet.

You’ll love the wooded privacy and amazing views of the 11th hole of Suncadia’s renown Prospector golf course. This home is walking/biking distance to everything the resort has to offer, including Swiftwater Cellars Winery, The Lodge, community parks, and restaurants. The resort offers seasonal activities such as an outdoor ice rink, sledding hill, an outdoor pool and spa, concerts and other community events, paddleboard, kayak and bike rentals, and more. This property was on the 11th hole of the Prospector golf course. The patio had amazing views of the course. House was large yet very cozy. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for a large group. Would recommend to friends and stay again soon.

Wonderful! This home was perfect for our family get together. Very clean, lots of space, big bedrooms, and the hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the beautiful hot tub and fire pit. Would definitely recommend!

We booked for a Team Work Trip for our small team. The house was located perfectly, could walk to the lodge or to Dawson Park. Enjoyed the firepit and the house has plently of space to spread out. Overall a great stay!

We rented this house for Mother’s Day weekend. My mom has brain cancer and we wanted one last trip as a family. The house was set up perfectly for the 14 of us! The older kids loved the bunk room and the 2 younger ones loved having bunks in their room with their parents. The master bedroom is enormous and made it easier for my mom to get around. The view from the back patio was a favorite for the golfers in the family. Made for great free entertainment! The hosts were very accommodating and reached out to us before our trip to see if we needed help with reservations or anything. We highly recommend this house and hope to be able to stay here again.
