* The 2nd floor master suite has a queen bed, smart TV, and a private en-suite bath with a tile, walk-in shower.
* The 2nd floor “bunk room” has two sets of twin-twin-twin bunks. This room sleeps 6.
* The 5th bedroom has two sets of twin over queen bunks, a twin sleeper sofa, and smart TV. This room sleeps 7.
* There is a guest bath on the 2nd floor that features a tub/shower combo, and a ½ bath on the main floor just off the kitchen.
* The private guest apartment boasts a king bed, private bath w/shower, gas fireplace, large smart TV, and a min-bar with beverage fridge, sink and microwave.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. We never saw the host but I called their office and the lady was very helpful. The location was perfect for sledding on a nearby hill and our grandkids loved the game room.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were a few little glitches. The fireplace worked at times, not consistently. Only one of the elements in the barbecue worked. We couldn’t get the broiler in the kitchen to work. The smoke detector by the primary suite started beeping indicating that the batteries were low. We removed it and left it on the kitchen counter. These were all minor things that in no way effected the enjoyment of our Thanksgiving weekend.
