Welcome to Prospector Perch on Black Nugget Lane! Relax in this beautiful mountain retreat in Suncadia Resort. This ideal location is close to Swiftwater Cellars Winery, golf, hiking/biking trails, and all resort activities. This 5-BDR home fits 2-4 families comfortably with multiple spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and watch the wildlife & and golfers roam!

Located in the prestigious Black Nugget neighborhood, this home is within walking distance to Swiftwater Cellars winery and bike/walking trails and Suncadia Lodge. Black Nugget is a quiet community with large property plots that ensure a unique and private experience.

This beautiful home’s main floor boasts a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with granite countertops and a large kitchen island. The main floor has an open floor plan with a dining table seating 10 comfortably and 4 bar stools at the island.
The down wrapped sofa is a popular place to gather for games, movie night, reading by the fire or just taking the best nap you have ever had!

Upstairs:
• Primary Suite #1 with King bed
• Guest Room #2 with Queen bed
• Guest Room #3 - Bunk Room with 2 Twin beds , 1 Double bed (sleeps 2)
Downstairs:
• Guest Room #4 with Queen bed
• Guest Room #5 with Queen bed
• Sleeper sofa - Queen (sleeps 2)
Exterior:
-Upper-level Deck: Partially covered with patio furniture and gas grill.
-Lower Deck: Covered area with access to the hot tub and stairs to access the firepit area.
-Private hot tub is covered with a view of Prospector 15. The hot tub is serviced between each guest visit. Additional service is scheduled for longer stays.
-Outdoor gas fire pit with Adirondack chairs
INCLUDED:
-Coffee & Tea with a selection of creamer and sugars (Keurig & drip coffee maker)
-Air Conditioning
-Games, Puzzles & Books
-XBOX ONE X (must have your own XBOX Live account)
-High speed WiFi available in every room
-During winter bring your sleds! We have an epic sledding hill in our backyard!
The driveway can accommodate 4 to 5 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Overflow parking is available at the bottom of the hill at the winery. From I-90, take exit 80 and follow signs.
**Not included: Access to Swim and Fitness or Nelson Farm pools.

House was very clean, comfortable beds, well maintained and stocked. I would say it's geared more towards older kids (steep hill down to sledding and no toys), but overall it was a wonderful stay in a very clean and comfortable house. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, with beautiful views out over the golf course, easy walk to the winery and easy in an and out of the resort. Very clean, nice rooms, comfortable beds and all necessary cooking 'tool's available. Thank you!!

Great set up for my family which included 3 grandkids. Room for everyone and nice kitchen space for accomodating feeding a group of 11. Location was convenient to amenities in Suncadia.

I stayed at this home with my bridal party for my wedding weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The space was not only beautiful and clean, but also spacious enough for all of us to relax, get ready, and enjoy the weekend together without ever feeling crowded. The natural light and layout made it ideal for hair, makeup, and all the little moments leading up to the big day.
The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. It truly felt like a retreat in the middle of such a busy and exciting time. We made the best memories here, and I’m so grateful we had this space to share during such a special weekend. Highly recommend to any future bride or group looking for the perfect home base!
