About this house rental
This spacious and luxurious house just off the 16th hole of Prospector Golf Course was built in 2019 and is a short walk to the Swiftwater winery, the new Stovehouse restaurant, and the swim and fitness center. There is an open concept kitchen/dining room/living room which looks out to a wooded natural backyard. There is a large firepit and hot tub in the backyard for use, as well as a ping pong table in the garage.
The bedroom layout is as follows:
-Two en suite king bedrooms on the main floor
-A third en suite king bedroom upstairs.
-A forth king sized bed upstairs
-A bunk room with a queen and twin bed upstairs
Additional amenities include:
-1,000 Mbps speed wireless internet
-JURA mirco coffee maker which grinds whole beans (drip coffee maker available as well)
-Dining room table with extension to seat up to 12 people
-Sonos wireless sound system
-Hot tub with room for 8 people
-Fire pit with ample seating
-Ping pong in garage
-Kids small play area with bean bags and games / puzzles
-Weber natural gas grill

We had a wonderful time and loved the house! Plenty of room, big gathering table for meals and games. We had deer visit in the driveway too! Host was excellent at answering questions and making us feel comfortable.

This is our 7th annual trip to Suncadia & usually every year we rent from commercial rental companies & rent a different beautiful home. This is our First time through a private owner & I see how Ben got great reviews from previous renters, now that our trip is done. The house is so beautiful with an open concept and spacious. The bonus of having 3 en suites in 3 of the 5 rooms was awesome for families like mine! The additional 1/2 bath downstairs was great too! Kitchen was well stocked w/ everything you’d need to cook/bake & even clean. Anything we forgot, Ben’s house had.The amount of extra attention to detail that Ben put into the house such as the Sonos surround sound, Nintendo switch, Xbox as well as a bunk bed & tons of towels, makes a huge difference for bigger families with all ages that stay there. Everyone was easily entertained, but to be able to eat together at a dinner table big enough to seat us all & to be able watch football on the surround sound was awesome. The Location was perfect and right down the road from Safeway, McDonald’s & a big hill we were able to sled down. His garage has an extra refrigerator which we needed & it has lots of things to keep you active, like bicycles, a ping pong table & even extra sleds. He is nice, very personable and a great communicator when it came to questions we had. Replied quickly & It was an easy check in and check out process with him. We will definitely be renting from him again & referring more people his way!
