Discover The Balconies, a stunning one-bedroom apartment offering 753 sqft (70 sqm) of space. Nestled in the vibrant Malasaña neighborhood, this apartment places you in one of Madrid’s most famous areas, known for its pop-up stores, designer boutiques, and chic cafés and restaurants. The prime location also ensures you’re close to notable attractions such as Gran Vía, celebrated for its striking architecture, and diverse shopping options, and Plaza Mayor, a historic and picturesque square.
The Space:
Upon entering The Balconies, you will be met with a huge open space that combines the living room and dining area with seating for 6 guests. There is also access to the three small balconies that overlook the lively neighborhood and flood the space with tons of natural light. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and features first-brand appliances and dinnerware. It also includes a washer & dryer machine. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. It is interior, so it ensures a perfect rest.
There is also an additional toilet in the corridor, perfect for visitors.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.

The Neighborhood:
Malasaña is the trendiest neighbourhood in Madrid, everything here is cool. A few years ago this central neighbourhood, with narrow streets and unique old buildings was mainly inhabited by the elderly, today, you will mostly find very modern people. Malasaña is your neighbourhood for everything, no matter if you are a hipster or not, because you will be able to discover great places to eat, to drink, to go dancing and to go shopping.
Getting Around:
Many bus stations are on San Idelfonso street.

-The bathroom has a walk-in shower, but the wooden floor and the rainfall showerhead will make you feel like you’re at a spa.
-The building has an elevator installed, though please note that after reaching the third floor, there is one flight of stairs to access the apartment
