Barco is a 753 sqft / 70 sq. m. , one bedroom apartment located in the trendy Malasaña neighbourhood with plenty of little pop-up stores, designer boutiques, funky cafés and restaurants. This bright and spacious home comes with a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living area.
The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you will find a huge open space that is split into 3 living areas. The first is the TV area with a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a bed for additional guests, and a flat-screen smart TV with cable channels, the second is a seating area which has a sofa and 2 armchairs. The last area in this space is the kitchen and dining area with seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you may need during your stay such as an oven, stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a coffee machine amongst others. You will also find 3 small balconies in the living space that overlook the lively Barco street below and flood the space with lots of natural light.
In the hallway between the living area and bedroom, there is a guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. The spacious bedroom comes with a queen size bed and large built in wardrobes with lots of space for personal belongings. The bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in rainfall shower, toilet and sink area with a mirror and bright lighting.
With wooden floors throughout, complimenting artwork and furnishings, you will be sure to have a wonderful stay in this trendy apartment.
IMPORTANT: This unit can only be rented for a minimum of 31 nights and a maximum of 11 months. In compliance with Spanish regulations (Alquiler de Temporada), guests must sign a stay contract and provide personal and stay details.
