It’s right in the old town Walking distance to the harbour, bus station to the airport or connect to other cities It’s double glazing windows so you can’t hear the noise of the people / tourists walking by It has the facilities you need coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, brand new oven

There isn’t a sofa, armchair to sit down It’s an old building so you can’t hear hear the neighbours noise, upstairs it’s another rented apartment so they can make noise without knowing that other people are sleeping at 11pm

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is perfect—right in the center and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is spacious, quiet, and well-equipped, with a new air conditioner and a renovated bathroom that includes a washing machine. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, whether we needed information about the apartment, parking, or anything else. The windows are well insulated, so sleeping was peaceful, and since there are no restaurants on the street below, it's mostly just pedestrians passing by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location, right in the centre of the old town, but it was not noisy. Apartment had everything that you needed.

Deco was a little dated, and the stairs up to the apartment were very steep, you had to take care when using them, particularly if you were carrying luggage.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Split. It's in a prime location. The mattress was comfortable.

Although one of the reasons I chose this appartment were the positive reviews about the cleanliness, the truth is that I find the cleanliness very questionable and terrible. The shower drain was completely blocked with dirt and long hair. And in the room, there were fingernail clippings from previous guests on the floor.
