Luxury San Giovanni Apartment 1

We made a last minute booking for 4 people after our flight home was cancelled after we had arrived at the airport. We were amazed to find this apartment available in the old town, at a reasonable price, on a Friday during the height of summer. The place was immaculate, stylish, clean, with good facilities and extremely helpful hosts. Great soundproofing too, we didn’t hear any noise from outside despite being next to a very lively bar. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable two-bedroom apartment right on the edge of the historic palace walls. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful yet only a short walk from everything the Old Town has to offer, including restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The space itself is clean, well-maintained, and genuinely comfortable. The living area is inviting and cozy, with nice appliances that made it easy to feel at home. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully put together.

The location is excellent and even though it is in the centre of the old town of Split right next to bars and restaurants the noise didn't affect us. The owner, Miela, is delightful, met us at the apartment and kindly showed us everything. It's a well equipped and spacious apartment. I so appreciate having the basics in a kitchen especially when travelling light and staying for a short period. Throughout the booking, meeting Miela, during and after our stay, she was always easy to contact, polite and super friendly. All rooms have AC making our stay comfortable in the hot July weather. I don't hesitate to recommend this apartment when staying in Split.
