VAGO Alcântara Suites

The location of this room is wonderful, really closed to the marina, restaurants, LX Factory. We loved our room, very spacious, clean and we had a terrace. Rooms are equipped with iron, hair dryer, extra blanket, water, kettle, tea and coffee !! We will definitely stay again in this room ! There is a kitchen for the use of all the guest with refrigerator.

Pillows and mattress a little hard, but still. Everything else was wonderful!

Our suite was very nice, comfortable, and well decorated. The self-check-in system made our arrival very easy, allowing us to check in at any time, and the staff was always available to quickly assist with any of our needs. Overall, a great experience!

The location was great, a little out of the centre so it was peaceful at nighttime. The area was interesting also. Easy access to property. No fuss. Appreciated there was an iron and ironing board and other amenities. Hot and powerful shower. Responsive owners!

Sound proofing between apartments not great - Recognise this can’t be helped and generally I imagine people staying here aren’t in to the late night party lifestyle! There were stains on the bed sheet and pillows and the bed squeaked every time I moved. The grouting in the shower area could do with a little TLC. The toilet would continue running after each use. Aircon was appreciated but couldn’t get it working the first night. My suggestion would be that it’s reset for each resident so it can be just turned on and off as I imagine people fiddle with the buttons and set various timers!

Badkamer was schoon en ruim genoeg. Locatie is super.

De slaapkamer vopr 2 personen te klein, geen ruimte voor de koffers. Het balkon was in gebruik dpor andere gasten, wij konden hier geen gebruik van maken. Geduremde de 5 dagen geen schone handdoeken eo beddegoed ontvangen.
