Everything was fresh and clean, and it’s in a quiet location. Well equipped too.
If there is one thing, the 3 key codes are a bit of a faff. One for the front door, one for the main door to the section of the building, then one for your room. I’d prefer a key at least for my room. And due to the room door shutting and automatically locking behind me, with my phone in the room so I couldn’t access the code, I was stranded! However, with the help of another guest, we contacted the host who responded immediately, so it’s a 10 for response time.

I would highly recommend this place ! I have a flight at 10:30 pm so I can stay at communion zone (kitchen and sofa even toilet) that’s is absolutely fantastic.

The housekeeper was such a sweetheart, there was a language barrier but she worked through it anytime we needed help (eg. locked in our room, showed us how to use the keys properly). Beautiful rooms, nice kitchen area! Walkable location with a lovely fruit and vegetable market right down the street.
Rooms locks were difficult to use/ had to be used to get in AND out of room, so we did end up getting stuck (as mentioned before, housekeeper was a huge help). Be sure not to forget your key!!

The neighbourhood is really calm and nice. A 28 tram passes near by. The place is very clean and tidy.
I would have really appreciated the information that the building is under construction. It havent really affect my stay as it was weekend, but have really would have appreciated the heads up. Other guest makibg a noise during all night, but its not really establishements fault, but the lack of education and respect from other guests. Incredible.
