Great location and spacious room…
The only issue I had was that the AC did not work - thankfully it wasn’t ridiculously hot and I left the windows open.

Nice location, not too central, so it was quiet. The balcony was also quite nice, secluded and you can have a morning coffee there. Loved the birds also, as there are some trees near the balcony side of the building.
The walls are super thin, we kept waking all night long when someone enters the bathroom. We had a room with private bathroom, but the shared one was so close to our room, and the pipes go just behind the beds, you can hear the water running. Also, it wasn't the cleanliest of rooms to put it that way.

The neighbourhood is really calm and nice. A 28 tram passes near by. The place is very clean and tidy.
I would have really appreciated the information that the building is under construction. It havent really affect my stay as it was weekend, but have really would have appreciated the heads up. Other guest makibg a noise during all night, but its not really establishements fault, but the lack of education and respect from other guests. Incredible.
