it was much bigger than we expected.
The property was lovely and exactly what we needed. not was a little bit far away which we hadn’t noticed when we booked.
The staff were very unhelpful, we asked for a slightly earlier check in as check in wasn’t until 4pm, we requested for a 2pm check in as we landed at 10am. They said due to their strict cleaning schedule this was not possible. It isn’t bus season as we went at the start of Jan so felt like we could’ve been accommodated slightly.

The property was nothing short of stunning. It was big, loads of space and felt very luxurious. The photos do not do it justice and especially do nit give you a feel for the true size! Its 10X better then we expected. The beds were super comfy and the appliances that were in the villa were perfect. the large doors opening the living room to the outside was lovely and the whole villa felt super homely and comfy. In a very quiet neighbourhood. about a 20/30min walk to the lively bars down hill. About 10 min to the harbour and a 5 Euro taxi to come back to the villa. We had a slight issue with one of the blinds in the bedroom. Within 10mins of telling them about it being broke the property manager showed up and fixed it right away. We cant wait to come back and stay again soon.
Nothing comes to mind I would change.

Villa is very spacious, clean, great location and quiet.
Modern looking and feels extremely homely. We loved the new built in bbq and the different seating in the corner was much better than the previous seating we had before. One night we came home late to no working electrics and then quickly figured it was the lights tripping the board, we phoned the owner and he arranged maintenance to come within 30 mins, we were very impressed with the speed and efficiency from the owner
We've stayed here before in 2022, we noticed the difference between then and now and we had more kitchen facilities back then.
the villa lacked a few items we find would be essential or we didn't have enough of. Grater, Egg cups, glasses, teaspoons, bowls, oven trays. The Air con in the master bedroom was temperamental and sometimes didn't want to turn off. There was a extremely strong smell of urine coming from both bathroom outlets near the toilet on frequent occasions and then this smell would disappear. The pool had an extremely worn edging stone which exposed lava rock fragments which cut my daughters hand, this does need replacing.

Very big villa with lots of space. Nice pool and table tennis.
Beds were uncomfortable. The pool was dirty when we arrived and wasn’t cleaned for the entirety of our stay. The villa needs some TLC
