Booked here for a 2nd year running as a family of 8 (2 kids and 6 Adults between 7yrs and 70yrs) It was just as good the second time around. It has everything you need for a great stay in Lanzarote in a quiet area of town. A brisk 10min walk and you’re down in the busier parts of town. Taxi roughly 5 from downtown if you don’t feel like walking back up the hill. Would definitely stay again if looking for an apartment in Lanzarote.

Brilliant stay at this immaculate property. We came as a family of 8 (6 Adults, 2 kids) and couldn’t have wished for anything else from the villa. It was very well presented, fantastically equipped and in a quiet area of town. We enjoyed many days around the pool and on the days we fancied a walk in to town, we just ambled down the hill (10/15mins) in to the old town. If we didn’t fancy the walk back up, it was under €5 for a taxi back.
We hired a minivan for the week and there was secure parking for in front of the villa which was a bonus, although the surround area had plenty of street parking which looked very safe.
We made great use of the hot tub and pool. 2 of the 4 bedroomswere en-suite which was handy as a family of 3 different households
Would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to family and friends
