Mason & Fifth, Primrose Hill

This aparthotel far exceeded my expectations and I'd recommend this over a hotel room if you're staying in the city for more than a few days. The building itself was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the unit where I stayed was gorgeous. The location was just off the park, and a quick walk to the high street. Free oat milk in the fridge for coffee, free coffee if you buy a sandwich at the coffee shop nearby, and a beautiful backyard.

Breakfast could have had a few more options, and the bed could have been a bit firmer. The light switches didn't always work, with lights sometimes turning on in the night, without the switch being touched.

We were a group of 4 friends who were in London for a concert. This property was perfect for travel to the concert and just the right location sightseeing in London! Central London/Kings Cross station is a short tube ride away and the property is within walking distance of the iconic Camden market and London zoo. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, really looked after us. Our beautiful room overlooked the lovely back garden. We weren’t expecting breakfast and were pleasantly surprised to find a simple but healthy breakfast spread of granola, yoghurt, fruits, bread and spreads and a nice selection of teas & coffees! We weren’t expecting breakfast very happy with our stay and will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to London!

It was a hot day and there was no air conditioning at the property, but the team made sure we had a fan in the room and kept our windows open to ventilate the room. It helped a little but the room facing the road was still quite warm. Apart from that, it was perfect!

Lovely interior, well designed and the room had a bit of a balcony. Lovely surrounding area.

The bathroom didn't lock, one of the bedside plugs was broke (the plug wouldn't physically go in), only one key card was supplied and the room was like a furnace (during a heatwave to be fair) but the only bit of "air conditioning was given was a cheap fan which mitigated nothing.
