The room was clean and tidy. Easy to find and access (did see any staff but the self check-in was easy enough), close to Soho and not a far walk from Oxford street.
The window was very hard to open and couldn't figure it out till the next morning so the room was absolutely boiling and we didn't sleep very well.
No kettle or anything in the actual room but was some facilities in the shared kitchen. Tea bags and instant coffee provided but no milk (needed those little long life milks to go with the tea and coffee)
When booking I also chose a double room with private bathroom which was lovely and clean however when we arrived it was a bunk bed (not a big issue was just expecting a double bed as that's what the picture showed) mattress and cushions were very comfy however

Easy walking from Kings X and into London.
Room was tiny, with decorating work going on at my time there, tools and equipment everywhere and workman starting early the next day.
