1. Apartment was spacious and close to Mestre Train Station. 2. Host was helpful in the sense that she allowed us to check in before making the payment due to internet connectivity issues with me. 3. Kitchen facilities were very nice.

1. There was only ONE air conditioner in the apartment ONLY in living room. It was damn hot in Venice in July and as a result our whole family had to sleep in the living room during all our stay despite spending money to take 2 bed room apartment. Details should mention that there in only AC in the living room so correct decision can be taken. 2. Host was not available at the property and it was very difficult to communicate regarding getting the keys and entering the apartment. Host was not attending the call when I called regarding the arrangement of key and opening of locks. Cleaner there did not understand English so It was a real mess while entering the apartment after taking a long flight with Kids. 3. Apartment did not has the lift. You have to take all your luggage through steep stairs.
